Please make sure you have read the ITL’s Grant Scheme before filling in this application and all Applicants must have in force a CHILD PROTECTION POLICY complying with current legislation.

This form is for an organisation which has previously received support from ITL in line with the League’s grant criteria and conditions.

A copy of the last audited accounts must accompany this application.
